40+ Years of experience in the nuclear industry. Experience includes both the commercial nuclear industry and theDepartment of Energy complex. Have held multiple lead, managerial and senior managerial positions within thenuclear industry. Recent expertise includes commercial nuclear advance reactor licensing and nuclear safety withinthe DOE complex. Masters level degrees in nuclear engineering and business administration. Participated inindustrywide licensing efforts.

Molten Salt Reactor Experience

Molten salt reactor experience as the senior nuclear safety manager for Bechtel Jacobs including the fluorination campaign at the Molten Salt Reactor Experiment to remove fissile salts
Lead licensing engineer for TerraPower’s molten chloride fast reactor.
Participated on the industry committee to develop molten salt reactor design criteria
Drafted a molten salt reactor-oriented chapter 4 based on NUREG-1537.
Assigned and completed, as part of undergraduate studies in Nuclear Materials, a paper on the nuclear material issues and challenges of molten salt reactors
