Christina Perino is the Senior Manager of Quality Assurance for Fissionaire, responsible for establishing and overseeing quality standards, compliance programs, and governance processes that support the company's advanced nuclear development efforts. With more than 21 years of experience in commercial nuclear operations and nearly three decades in leadership roles, she brings deep expertise in nuclear safety, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and organizational performance.

Throughout her career, Christina has held executive and management positions spanning nuclear safety assurance, regulatory affairs, quality assurance and oversight, supply chain, engineering, and operations. Her experience bridges both hands-on reactor operations and enterprise-level governance, providing a unique perspective on how safety, quality, and execution must align in highly regulated industries.

At Fissionaire, Christina is focused on building a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement, ensuring that safety and compliance remain foundational to the company's long-term success.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and previously held a Senior Reactor Operator License at Columbia Generating Station.
