Personal Experience & Biography

Gerald Stasko is the Chief Financial Officer of Fissionaire, where he oversees financial strategy, capital planning, governance, and operational finance in support of the company’s advanced nuclear development and commercialization efforts. A Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years of experience, Gerald brings disciplined financial leadership across complex, capital-intensive organizations.

Prior to Fissionaire, Gerald served as CFO of Pronghorn Services, leading finance, accounting, budgeting, tax, legal, and enterprise operations across a multi-entity construction and development platform. His responsibilities included corporate forecasting, investor and lender reporting, risk management, and operational oversight of a residential housing portfolio.

Gerald has held senior finance leadership roles across multiple industries, including Controller at PaleoWest, Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of Finance at Dorn Homes, and Vice President & Corporate Controller at Access Intelligence. Across these roles, he led debt financings, acquisition diligence and integration, ERP implementations, and long-range financial planning to support growth and operational scale.
