Fissionaire is a nuclear technology company with a clear mission: to secure America’s energy future. We are developing a breakthrough proliferation-resistant thermal-spectrum molten-salt breeder reactor (TS-MSBR) to provide safe, abundant, and affordable clean power, all while advancing U.S. leadership in the global nuclear renaissance.
Our Plan: We are not starting with a gigawatt-scale "paper reactor." Our journey begins with a test and research reactor of less than 10 MWt. This will serve as our technology demonstrator, validating a system built on existing material technology and fueled with existing supply chains.
Our Team: A plan is only as good as the team behind it. Ours is built on decades of proven, hands-on operational experience. We’re bringing together seasoned nuclear scientists & engineers, innovators, and senior leadership from the best nuclear reactor programs, national labs, and universities in the United States.
Our Work: This isn’t a concept. We are actively developing our molten salt test loops, pump systems, fuel processing, and co-separation to validate our core components and systems - all from our lab-proven technologies.
We are honored to be a part of accelerating these technologies into commercialization based on the legacy of pioneers like Dr. Alvin Weinberg and to be collaborating with the unique expertise at our national labs and universities.
